A seasoned consultant, Jürg began his career as a software developer in the manufacturing and telecommunications industries. After business school, He co-founded cce ag, an IT consulting firm where he spent almost two decades as a Partner. Jürg leads SUIM’s business development initiatives, specializes in SAP authorisations, and is in demand by clients in the services, manufacturing and banking sectors. Jürg has a degree in IT Engineering from
Bern Polytechnical College (Berner Fachhochschule).

After graduating, Patrick worked at SAP’s international headquarters in Germany before returning to Switzerland, where he led a major SAP-HR harmonisation project across 30 organisations. He was headhunted by Mummert & Partner, consulting large health, insurance and banking firms. In 2001, Patrick formed Tecsys Consulting, which he continues to lead and created the AIM Solution Suite . Patrick went on to found SUIM in 2006, commercialising the AIM Solution suite. Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Micro-Electronic Engineering from the Swiss Institute of Technology (EPF/ETH-Lausanne), one of Europe’s leading science and technology universities.

Simon’s career began during his time at university when he worked on SAP authorisation projects for a large public sector organisation. In the years since, Simon has taught SAP Modules SD, MM, and PP as at the University of Bern, worked as a freelance consultant for public and private sector customers and is on the board of directors for a real estate company. In 2006, he co-founded SUIM; today, he is responsible for Sales and Marketing.Simon has a bilingual (German/French) MA in Management from the University of Fribourg and a PhD (Dr. rer. oec.) from the University of Bern.

Milenko pursed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Finance at the University of Strathclyde(UK).
He worked for PwC in the area of SAP GRC and SAP Audit, where he run major projects in the area of S/4 HANA and SAP Technology as a project stream leadand subject matter expert. At SUIM, he is responsible for Risk Management and Compliance Solutions to help clients to manage regulatory and compliance requirements within IT systems.

After completing his PhD at the University of Fribourg in the field of management for non profit organizations (Dr. rer. pol.), starting at SUIM as a business documentation manager, he quickly moved into consulting and was appointed in 2021 as director, head of all SUIM's Authorizations Products. Peter is also a member of the management board of Tingo GmbH and is active as a volunteer in various associations and foundations.
