For all our products, we offer three levels of training and certification. A first level course (user) is designed for the users of the application. Course contents include overviews of the application and the reporting capabilities. Second level courses (consultant) cover basic customizing tasks and advanced reporting. Finally, the third level course (Expert) cover all advanced customizing tasks such as setting up a system from scratch or customer specific adaptations of the products.
