Patrick Tambourgi

Co-Founder and CEO, SUIM

Patrick Tambourgi has a masters degree in microelectronic engineering from the EPFL, Lausanne (Ecole polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne). On graduating with a specialization in robotics and production techniques, he spent several years as an analyst and developer at SAP's international headquarters in Walldorf, Germany.

In 1998, he returned to Switzerland as the lead project manager on a cantonal project to harmonize the human resources administration and payroll of around 30 hospitals, as well as the implementation of an SAP HR module across all the organizations. Afterwards, he joined the consulting firm Mummert & Partner, where he worked on several major projects in the areas of Health, Insurance and Banking. He then left to form his first company Tecsys Consulting, which he still heads.

In 2001, Patrick Tambourgi began the study and the development of the AIM solution. In 2006 he founded the company SUIM for the commercialization and the support of this solution.

Jürg Bärtschi

Co-Founder and Director of Operations

Jürg Bärtschi completed an executive study at the polytechnic Berne (Berner Fachhochschule) as an IT Engineer. During his studies, he worked as a software developer in manufacturing and telecommunications industry. After a business school and numerous successful SAP Projects, he co-founded the consulting firm cce ag, of which he is still partner. He specializes in SAP authorizations, a knowledge which is in demand by clients from the service sector, manufacturing and banking.

Jürg Bärtschi co-founded SUIM in 2006 and is responsible for sales and implementations.

 

Simon Rihs

Co-Founder and Director Partnerships

Simon Rihs has a bilingual (German/French) master of arts in management from the University of Fribourg. During his studies he worked on multiple projects in the SAP authorization team of a large public sector organization. He graduated with a specialization in IT management and outsourcing and started working as freelance consultant for customers in the public and private sector.

He is currently working on a Ph. D. on RFID security at the Institute of Information Systems, Information Engineering Group of the University of Berne, which he will complete in 2013. He was also responsible for teaching the SAP Modules SD, MM, and PP at university level.

Simon Rihs is on the board of directors of a real estate company and co-founded SUIM in 2006, where he is responsible for sales and marketing.
